Ready for a Tabata session to get that heart rate lifted? It is a great weights session where we are back to back 20:10 all the way through. It's a great one for getting to grips with lots of resistance exercises. Sorry about the wonky camera! :-)
As always with Tabata we're working in 20:10 intervals for 4 mins and i've paired two exercises to alleviate some of boredom of repetition. We're just mixing plain old weights with cardio, but there ain't nothing plain about it! Get excited, this one is going to burn enough calories to ease any guilt when you stuff your face afterwards! 🧁
