Hey there!
This HIIT session takes on a slightly different format as we do weights in block 1 with maybe just a hint of a burpee in the middle to keep the heart rate elevated, then we move into a cardio block that's repeated 3 times which just KEEPS the heart rate up! Then it's back to weights. But that's the fun with HIIT... it can literally be anything you want as long as the intensity is high and you follow an interval format. It's great when I can mix things up!
So remember...
- Block 1 is all weights with a little burpee in the middle!
- Block 2 is all cardio with a little press up in the middle to grab your breath 😆
- Block 3 is back to weights and there ain't no need for burpees in this one!
I burnt just over 500kcal in this one, so enjoy!
