We've added another workout to our inner circle with this weeks Kettlebell kore. It follows that fabulous formula that we're all loving right now with:
6 Kettlebell Exercise
4 Ab Exercises - yes using the kettlebell!
We're working for 40 secs with just a 10 second transition to the next exercise. The format means one block is 10 mins, so you guessed it we're doing 4 blocks! Yippee 40 minutes of just you, me and the kettlebell (oh and points for spotting my weirdo dog!)
These abs are serious and at times I wondered why I'd even designed it! Killer Killer! You'll love it!
