We're working for 40 secs with just a 10 second transition to the next exercise. Given there are 6 exercises in just one set and 3 sets in one block my timer has been set for 18 intervals! Yes 18! That's around 15 mins of none-stop exercise... and guess what... we have 3 blocks, so 45 minutes of pure calorie-burning-bum-sculpting-bad-ass-workout
I had a lot of fun in this one. Some hysteria set in, but I was happy! And let's hear it for EXTRA LARGE MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS - Ha Ha I'm laughing on the inside! Can't wait for you to try them.
