Hey there!
Sometimes you could just do with a workout that isn't all bouncy and ass-kicking. Well here it is. A non-offensive full body workout using your bodyweight, a kettlebell and a pair of dumbbells. There's only really 60 secs of high knee runs in this repeated 3 times. The rest of it is pretty low impact, steady + controlled providing you with a workout when perhaps you don't really want to work out. Do you know what I mean?
You'll have to excuse the moment I freaked out as the wind blew open my door! I literally jumped out of my skin thinking someone was in the house. I watch too many criminal dramas!

- Focus on technique
- The speed has been pulled back so work on full range of movement
- Either work to my pace or your own
You might be surprised with this one. It doesn't feel too bad, but I said in MyZone Yellow Zone the whole time (85% upwards) and burnt 436kcal in 45 mins
