Hey there!

So this session was filmed live in my studio with a couple of my ladies (you can hear their groans in the background). The Music was on, the atmosphere pumping and we all had a great little sweaty session together. It was epic! I'm always more motivated to work harder when there are others in it with me - who agrees?

Even when filming the home workout, knowing I'm on camera and you're all going to be doing the workouts makes me push so much more. Do you work hard knowing the other ladies are also sweating it out with you? Do you find the myzone heart rate monitors motivating? I am literally OBSESSED with knowing my workout zones and how many calories I've burned

Level: Beginner - Intermediate + not suitable for pregnant clients or those given birth in last 6 months without a face to face consultation first.
