Hello there Metabolic Meltdown! I feel I haven't done one of these for a while and I loved it. Sometimes you just need to take the pounding down and have a calmer, but effective workout. I mean it could have been the banging tunes I had on.... Vanilla Ice should be in every workout!
You will need your dumbbells and a kettlebell for this workout (as always), but there's also plenty of bodyweight work in there. As this is a little slower than we've had lately make sure your form it good and push it hard!! Remember, you can make the workout harder or easier based on how much effort you put in.
I still nailed 500kcal in this workout and spent a lot of time in Yellow.
