So here we are with another workout of the month for you. This session is called ‘power’ and is taken from our Inner Circle membership where we all meet together on zoom at 6.45am every morning to SWEAT HARD! This month, you get to try it on for size and see how you like it.
This power workout is taken from our Bootcamp range of programmes, so it’s considered intermediate – advanced in level and you will need a kettlebell and a pair of dumbbells. You will also need to get your playlist together and crank those tunes up so you can rock out to this workout.
THIS WORKOUT CONSISTS OF
👉A quick 5-7 minute warm up to prepare you for the workout
👉 The main workout which follows the below format:
➡️ A cardio block consisting of 20 second bursts of exercises performed back to back. Short sharp bursts of POWER
➡️ A Resistance block consisting of weighted exercises and plyometrics for 30 seconds at a time. Still short sharp bursts, but now with weights!
This workout has a quicker tempo and lots of big pulse raisers so is a great high intensive Exercise session and big calorie burner. You can tell it is by how much I am puffing and panting in this workout!
- Make sure you’ve cleared a good space around you so you don’t kick anything
- You are medical fit to take part and you aren’t carrying any illnesses or injuries
- You exercise at your own pace and take rests when you need to. This is an advanced workout
- You stop if you feel any pain, dizziness, sickness and seek medical attention
