I just wish I'd found KT earlier

I joined FIT + FEELGOOD with the last stone to go to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I had tried every diet going and nothing was working. Amazing direct focus worked!

Weight Loss


Adding some steps to your every day like can make a huge difference. Just getting out and giving yourself a target of 10'000 steps or 5'000 above what you already do can burn extra calories and more importantly - consistency. This can really help the body start to shift the pounds without drastic exercise measures. To help your motivation, why not encourage a friend to join you and sign up to a walking club or a charity walk. Breast Cancer do some fabulous MoonWalk Events. This is me and mum completing the midnight marathon around Iceland!

Increase your steps


Many diets cut out all the so called 'good food' or you may consider these treats. Other diets say you can have them, as long as it's their calorie controlled brand. A quick and simple way to decide whether to eat that cake or not is to simply ask yourself... have you eaten healthy all week? Is it just this one indulgence or did you indulge yesterday and the day before? Have you exercised and burnt off some calories? It's about having a sensible conversation with yourself. If you have exercised, burnt calories and been really healthy all week then eat it and enjoy it. If it's the 4th 'treat' already this week and you haven't exercised much.. leave it. SIMPLE

Indulge Intelligently


Going all out vegan or having a plant-based diet isn't always easy or appropriate for you and your body. However, decreasing the amount of week and opting for plant-based meals some of the week can really help with your weight loss journey, as it's a simple hack. 

Just drop the red meat to once a week and introduce 2-3 plant based meals a week. This will decrease your calories and boost your veggie intake for a healthier digestive system. you'll find some great plant-based meals on our blog

Increase Plant Base


Alcohol consists of 7kcal per 1g and your average bottle of wine equates to around 600kcal. As wine is basically fermented juice of crushed fructose - grapes that's a lot of sugar that the body can't really use and stores as fat. Now, compare that with 174kcal found in a bottle of alcohol free wine and you've saved yourself over 400kcal in a night and still enjoyed the party!
